Behavior Analyst

Mass Pediatric ABA is hiring a part-time, experienced and motivated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst for the Greater Lowell, Westford and surrounding areas. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic person to join our growing team of dedicated professionals working with families to make a difference in the lives of our clients through in-home ABA therapy and support. At Mass Pediatric ABA, we provide and maintain a personal feel for all of our employees and families. We understand that in order to increase the quality of clinical outcomes, providing a strong foundation to empower our caregivers is vital. This position is an integral part of our mission and we are looking for a BCBA who upholds our values and will be invested in our mission.

Mass Pediatric ABA is offering $55-$75 dollars per hour based on education and experience for a part-time BCBA, working up to 20 hours per week (with opportunities to increase to full time). BCBA's who are employed with the company will receive a bonus of $250 after 3 months of employment!

Our BCBA will:

  • Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports

  • Develop & monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans

  • Supervise and train Behavior Technicians

  • Develop and monitor individual behavior management protocols and behavior intervention plans

  • Provide support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers with regard to managing challenging behaviors and teaching replacement behaviors through the principles of ABA

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and Functional Analysis of all problem behaviors when needed and clinically warranted

  • Review program effectiveness, make recommendations, monitor data collection, and graph/monitor progress

Requirements:

  • Current BCBA Certification and LABA

  • Master's Degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field

  • Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle

  • Previous ABA Experience

  • Completed CORI background check
