Behavior Technician

 Mass Pediatric ABA is looking for a Behavior Therapist to join our growing team in the Greater Lowell, Chelmsford, Westford, Tewksbury, and surrounding areas. The pay ranges from $22-$30 an hour and you must be 18 years or older to apply. We welcome you to our team, whether you are new to the field or a seasoned professional. We offer the support that you need to grow and excel in your position! We are offering a SIGN ON BONUS of $150 for all employees who are hired and have worked for at least 3 months!

Our Behavior Therapist will:

  • Provide direct behavioral services to clients in their home - Run individualized programs with clients using the principles of Behavior Analysis

  • Work with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement individualized treatment plans

  • Write daily session notes and collect data using programs such as, Google Docs or behavioral software (e.g., Theralytics).

  • Maintain respect and confidentiality for all clients - Continue with professional development and ABA knowledge by attending educational workshops

  • Protect the well-being of all clients during treatment sessions and when emergency crisis situations arise

Our Behavior Therapist's have:

  • A high school and/or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (psychology, education, etc)

  • Experience working with children and/or adolescents, in any capacity (babysitting, nannying, after-school programs, volunteering) for at least 1 year.

  • Flexibility to work weekday afternoons and evenings. Weekend sessions are not required, but are available upon request!

  • Pass a CORI background check - Strong communication skills

  • Ability to work closely with other professionals - Competent computer skills

  • Access to reliable transportation - Availability to work 6 - 30 hours per week
